Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United States:

Standard Shipping (5–10 business days): Free on orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $4.99 applies.
Expedited Shipping (2–5 business days): $9.99

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your package at any time. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at macklayswork@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Grove Garden is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
